At Relaso Health, a suite of SocieloTech healthcare software products, we strive to deliver high-quality, cloud-based healthcare software solutions that meet the needs of clinics, hospitals, and medical device distributors. Our SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) products are offered via subscription and are accessible online with no physical delivery.

Please read our return and refund policy carefully before subscribing.

No Return Policy for SaaS Products

As our offerings are digital and delivered immediately upon subscription activation, we do not offer returns once a subscription has been processed and access has been granted.

Refund Eligibility

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

  • Technical failure: If the service is inaccessible or non-functional due to technical errors on our end for more than 72 hours continuously without resolution.
  • Billing error: If you have been charged incorrectly or more than once for the same subscription.
  • Duplicate subscription: In case of multiple purchases under the same organization or user, due to a system error.

All such claims must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Change of mind after subscription activation
  • Lack of feature understanding (please refer to product documentation and demos before purchase)
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date (for recurring plans)
  • Third-party integration issues not caused by Relaso Health

Free Trial Policy

Some Relaso Health SaaS products may offer a free trial period. We encourage all users to take advantage of the trial to assess product fit. Refunds will not be issued for subscriptions started after the trial ends.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle
  • No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining duration

  • Organization name
  • Invoice number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

Policy Modifications

Relaso Health reserves the right to amend this return and refund policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date.
