Each person signs in to the workspace for their job and sees only what that job needs.

Front office and billing

Register a patient once and use that record everywhere. OPD check-in with tokens, appointments, admissions, emergency intake for unknown patients, and GST invoices with gapless numbering.

Doctors

A live OPD queue, the patient's history on one timeline, e-prescriptions checked against interactions and dose limits, and orders for tests, scans and procedures that reach the department straight away.

Nursing

Electronic medication administration with doses due and overdue, bedside barcode checks, vitals with automatic abnormal flags, and structured shift handover signed off by the nurse taking over.

Beds and admissions

A live bed board by ward and class. Beds are reserved, allocated and released on discharge, and every cleaning between patients is recorded for infection control.

Laboratory

Collection lists grouped by patient, barcoded samples, results from analysers over HL7, calculated values, and a separate verification step so an unchecked result never prints as final.

Radiology

Imaging orders become a DICOM worklist for the modality, and reports go back on the patient's record.

Pharmacy and stores

Dispensing by batch with earliest expiry first, ward indents, goods receipts, stock audits, and a nightly list of medicines that have expired or are about to.

Insurance and claims

Payer rate cards, cashless pre-authorisation through NHCX, and claims tracked as claimed, approved and settled — three amounts, because payers rarely pay all three in full.

Management

Daily reports on patient flow, beds, collections and outstanding payments, with financial statements and NABH quality indicators in the Advanced Reports add-on.

Patients

A patient app to book visits, download reports and get reminders. Patients without an email sign in with their mobile number and a one-time SMS code.

Built for hospitals in India

ABDM: link a patient's ABHA number to their record.
NHCX: cashless pre-authorisation, with the payer's decision applied only from the payer's own reply.
GST: invoices with CGST, SGST or IGST, HSN and SAC codes, and gapless numbering.
NABH: the quality indicators from the 6th edition, kept month by month and frozen once signed off.
Analysers: HL7 v2 in both directions, including analysers on a serial cable.

Patient data, protected

Each person sees only what their role allows; the hospital decides the roles.
Every change and every chart opened is written to a tamper-evident audit trail: who, what and when.
Identifiers such as ABHA numbers are encrypted in the database.
Accounts lock after repeated wrong passwords; prescriptions are signed with a personal PIN.
